Kunz Industries offers Mold Making services. All molds are made in house using our fully equipped machine shop. With 3 dedicated Bridgeport Mills and 2 dedicated lathes, our molds hold within a tolerance of less than 0.001". Our staff has over 50 years in mold making, and we offer a variety of fabrication materials, such as Aluminum, Carbon Steel, High Temperature Epoxy and Polyurethane.
Our custom manufacturing and prototyping services utilize our extensive polyurethane processing and machining capabilities to provide our customers with high precision, high quality products for smaller scale or unique applications. Encompassing all aspects of custom manufacturing, from initial designs through final manufacturing and testing, Kunz makes certain their clients leave with a fully functional solution in the quickest and least expensive manner possible without sacrificing quality or precision. |
